Waste water
Important priority of VUOS a.s. is an environmental protection. VUOS a.s. started (beside many other) with EU support projects for improvement of waste water quality. Within the EU structural funds was begun the RESCUP project. This project broadens out the research capacity of VUOS a.s. and helps improve the quality level of equipment necessary for this activities.

Adamantane Intermediates
VUOS a.s. successfully finished development of additional adamantane intermediates.Especially 1-Adamantanol, 1-Chloro-3,5-dimethyladamantane, 1-Bromoadamantane, 1-Bromo-3,5-dimethyladamantane and next. For the production of API Memantine is regularly produced 1,3-Dimethyladamantane.
