Privacy policy


The company VUOS a.s. (further in text only company) is the provider of www server. When running this server the company follows the regulation of the ACT No. 101 of 4 April 2000 on Protection of the Personal Data and on Amendments to Some Related Acts. When administering the database information which have the character of clients’ personal data the company follows these rules of maintaining the personal data:

  1. The data (in the range according to the registration form) the company processes only for the purpose of recording and sending information about provided services in the range necessary for these records and communication with client.
  2. The agreement with data processing and consequences of not providing data:
    1. By providing the required data the client gives the agreement with its processing in the extent of the registration form.
    2. In case the client does not provide the required data, he does not have the possibility to enter custumer section. There are no other consequences.
  3. The company considers provided data as confidential and it is used only for the purpose it was provided to, i.e. for the purpose of deliberately selected option of sending information or other possibilities and the data is not provided for other purposes.
  4. The client information is processed either manually or automatically in the company by the means dedicated to it in accordance with operational rules of the server.
  5. The company considers the provided data as accurate and correct. The responsibility for updating this data the company moves to the client. The company reserves the right (not an obligation) to update the data according the information from third parties (for example changing of telephone numbers).
  6. The company ensures such security measures in order to avoid unauthorized or accidental access to the data, its change, destroying or loss, unauthorized transmission, its unauthorized processing as well as other misuse. The company also ensures the files security by combining the measures from personal, organizational, technical/physical (subject), computer and communication security.
  7. The client has the right of access to the summary of data processed about him. Once a year he is entitled to ask the summary of his personal data to be sent to him free of charge.
  8. The right to change the conditions
    The company reserves the right whenever to change these rules. In case of rules change the clients are informed about such change in a sufficient time ahead.
  9. Usage of cookies and other tools
    As a matter of principle the company does not use cookies for processing the provided data.
  10. Continuous monitoring of events
    In order to ensure the security the company does continuous monitoring of all access to the server by means of firewall and adequate monitoring tools.
